Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled and results-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager with extensive experience in SEO and PPC management.

This role is tailored for a professional who has evolved from hands-on execution to leading marketing teams and strategies.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in advancing our marketing initiatives, enhancing our online visibility, and guiding our marketing team to achieve remarkable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute detailed SEO and PPC strategies to boost both organic and paid traffic.
2. Lead and develop a team of marketing experts, offering mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.

3. Supervise the planning, execution, and refinement of marketing campaigns to ensure they align with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Conduct thorough analyses of SEO and PPC performance, leveraging data to inform decisions and recommendations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to synchronize marketing strategies with overarching business goals.

6. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

7. Create and manage budgets for SEO and PPC initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
8. Develop high-quality marketing content and materials, showcasing exceptional writing and communication abilities.
9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
10. 4-8 years of experience in SEO and PPC, with a proven history of success in B2B SaaS marketing.
11. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing marketing teams.
12. Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
13. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
15. Creative thinker with the capacity to devise innovative marketing strategies.
16. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
