Human Resources Coordinator

Boone Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the management of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Audit and maintain licensure lists and prime source verification of professional licenses for staff.
- Support payroll processing and HRIS entry.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related requests and provide assistance.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the human resource field.
- Understanding of state and federal employment regulations.
- Awareness of OSHA regulations and Joint Commission compliance standards.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
This is an onsite position, and remote work is not available. The successful candidate will be required to work at the main hospital campus, located in Madison, West Virginia, during regular business hours.
Education and Experience:- Associate degree or higher in Business Management or other approved field of study, or equivalent experience.
- Human Resource experience: two plus years.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
