Rigging Foreman

Commercial Steel Erection, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rigging Foreman to lead our rigging team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in rigging activities.
• Specify locations for movement and deployment of rigging equipment using knowledge of various sliding and lifting equipment.
• Lead and control skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with rigging.
• Ensure work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment, and materials.
• Optimize resources to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
• Keep records of all work completed; document and record time, equipment, and materials used in production of project scope of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Certificate plus certificate or diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive familiarity with rigging works with at least 3 years of experience as Foreman or Lead Person.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow project documents including specifications, drawings, project plans, lift plans, procedures, and memos.
• Valid driver's license.
