Job Overview

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with high-level buying influencers in key customer accounts. Your team will be focused on selling wireless voice and data services, as well as Internet of Things solutions, to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for selling wireless voice and data services and Internet of Things solutions to Fortune 1000 business customers.
  • Coach team members to develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-level buying influencers in key customer accounts.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of sales management experience.
  • Less than 2 years of outside sales experience.
  • 2-4 years of technology sales experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • 2-4 years of prospecting and account management experience.
  • Sales management and account management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
