About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Assist clients with ordering vehicles, processing billing changes, and generating reports
  • Utilize internal issue tracking systems to follow through on client inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Basic Excel skills and ability to learn advanced functions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
