  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including standard operating procedures, contacts, and shipment details.
  • Problem Resolution: Work closely with customers to resolve any issues that may arise, providing solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient execution of our services.
  • Carrier Management: Work closely with our carriers to ensure timely and accurate execution of our services, escalating any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer knowledge, data entry, customer service, and troubleshooting skills; ability to work within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English (en-US).
