Summit Interconnect is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales quotes, providing administrative customer service, and acting as an internal liaison with assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Quote Management: Review customer-supplied documentation, define special requirements, and work with engineering to determine manufacturability of customer products.
- Order Processing: Accept and enter sales orders, change orders, and cancellations, and correspond with customers regarding all orders and RFQs.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding order status, including pushouts and pull-ins, order cancellations, and assists in processing returns and credits.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in the printed circuit board industry.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, effective communication skills, and ability to work with personal computers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Summit Interconnect offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience, as well as a variety of health and benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA plans, hospital and accident plans, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
