Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge all visitors promptly to ensure a delightful experience.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide general information regarding product placement, special events, or promotions.
  • Offer to connect returning clients with their preferred stylist if requested.
  • Initiate conversations with all arriving and waiting customers.
  • Express gratitude to all customers as they exit the store.
  • Foster a professional and collaborative relationship with stylists and team members.
  • Be vigilant of guests entering or exiting the store when a sensor alert is triggered.
  • Collaborate with the management team to provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
  • Assist with periodic inventory checks, if necessary.
  • Engage in special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail is essential; background in a luxury setting is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Exhibits a high-energy and positive demeanor.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency, self-motivation, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule in a retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Physical Requirements:

  • Communication: Ability to convey information effectively to customers.
  • Standing: Ability to remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Mobility: Ability to navigate throughout the store.
  • Flexibility: Includes bending, stretching, and lifting.
  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move products as needed.
  • Visual Acuity: Capability to perform tasks such as viewing a computer screen.
  • Manual Dexterity: Use of hands and fingers for handling or feeling.
