Job Overview

Our Deal Advisory Services division offers comprehensive analytical guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise within the Deal Advisory Services division.
  • Engage in buy/sell-side technology due diligence projects.
  • Evaluate software codebases and the software development lifecycle, including designing software and writing custom SQL for development.
  • Oversee both internal and external client relationships and manage large-scale software development initiatives.
  • Handle the technical components of IT projects, drafting technical specifications and crafting solutions utilizing open-source technologies and plugins.
  • Conduct analysis and mining of extensive financial datasets, creating data analytics and dashboard tools for management reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in business intelligence is preferred.
  • Lead significant ETL projects and devise solutions using SSIS, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, and other third-party tools.
  • Identify post-acquisition strategies to enhance savings and boost efficiencies by supporting the implementation of technology initiatives.
  • Assist clients in recognizing transaction-related issues before and after acquisitions.
  • Contribute to the process of report generation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A technology due diligence or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or information systems.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving client requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that effectively represent diverse communities.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams.
