Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Vice President to lead our Transaction Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial due diligence, with a proven track record of client development and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial due diligence teams on M&A transactions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity and corporate clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive M&A advisory services, including financial, IT, and tax due diligence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial due diligence, with a Big 4 firm or a combination of audit and financial due diligence experience
  • Proven track record of client development, with a strong network of private equity and corporate clients
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in data analytics packages such as Tableau and Alteryx
  • Current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including SEC reporting, purchase accounting, and transaction-related issues
  • CPA certification
