Choreo is looking for a Senior Vice President of Wealth Advisory Services to collaborate with a team of Regional Leaders and Advisory teams in fostering and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients. This executive will report to the Senior Vice President of Advisors and will concentrate on improving the overall client experience and retention within our Wealth Advisory divisions. Furthermore, this role will ensure the formulation and execution of business development strategies to meet new business objectives and company performance metrics. The Senior Vice President of Wealth Advisory Services will play a crucial role in shaping Choreo's future client experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the wealth advisory team to deliver exceptional advice and service, aiming to surpass client expectations and drive both retention and the acquisition of new clients.
- Partner with Regional Leaders to develop market-specific business plans that align with the objectives of offices and individual advisors. Work closely with prospective business development officers to ensure that new business targets are met within the designated territory.
- Enhance client retention and expansion through diligent adherence to the business plan, employing KPI analysis, CRM monitoring, and collaboration with marketing through drip campaigns and other firm resources.
- Mentor regional advisory teams, crafting local office strategies that align with firm initiatives and tracking success against defined goals.
- Facilitate the rollout of new service offerings and strategic initiatives across various offices in a consistent manner.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Platform Management to utilize existing technology, tools, and resources effectively. Identify additional resources necessary to improve client relationship strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and advisory offices to synchronize messaging and share insights on results and opportunities for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in financial planning or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Willingness to pursue additional licenses and/or designations as required.
- Experience as an investment advisor with expert-level knowledge related to advisor responsibilities and business needs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and lead others.
- Analytical thinking skills, with the capability to identify and seek necessary information/research.
- Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
