Profile
The Senior Vice President of Third-Party Growth Strategy is accountable for collaborating with executive leadership to establish objectives, prioritize partnerships, and identify client opportunities that drive revenue enhancement.

This role involves leading the Third-Party Advisory Solutions team and formulating the strategic direction and goals for partnerships with key Benefits Administration collaborators.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to define strategic partnership objectives and targets.
  • Develop standard service level agreements (SLAs) and scorecards to assess the vitality of key partnerships.
  • Provide quarterly performance reports for all established partnerships.
  • Engage with leadership and subject matter experts to review and refine the advisory scope of services and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Act as the primary internal executive sponsor for advisory solutions.
  • Serve as the main external executive sponsor for client advisory sales.
  • Oversee a team of advisory consultants to fulfill client deliverables.
  • Stay informed on market trends that influence client requirements related to Benefits Administration services.
  • Utilize existing data and organizational relationships to uncover potential opportunities.
  • Maintain communication with third parties throughout various events.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Benefit Enrollment, Benefit Technology, or Benefit Communications organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Product Delivery Best Practices and Execution.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and thinking.
  • Background in the Health Insurance sector.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in computer operations with knowledge of Windows.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, with an anticipated travel requirement of 20%.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is [$170,000 to $185,000] annually.

The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and abilities, along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
