Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Molding Engineer II to join our team at Knowhirematch. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to mass production, maintenance, and new model development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement process control to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
  • Generate process designs and FMEA's to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and technologies in the field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support new model development and advanced technology systems to ensure timely and quality launches.
  • Develop and maintain ISO documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist with budget development and monitoring expenditures to ensure departmental efficiency.
  • Suggest profitability plans and cost savings initiatives.
Working Conditions

This role requires a general office environment and manufacturing environment, with occasional overnight travel for training or remote work. You will be required to work overtime as needed and may engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of equipment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Plastic/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in injection molding and robotics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 2D CAD-3D design.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
