Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will oversee a variety of day-to-day office, administrative, and support tasks for Clear Channel Communications, Inc. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing office operations, including reception, administrative support, inventory control, and office staff supervision.
  • Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and the landlord to ensure seamless operations.
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Providing direct administrative support, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, as well as booking travel and managing mail and shipping.
  • Assisting and maintaining various reports as requested by management.
  • Maintaining an inventory of office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Allocating tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitoring their performance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, with an associate degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration and clerical work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with a sense of urgency to accomplish results.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
