Teller and Account Manager

The Teller and Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and managing customer accounts. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and balances
- Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, closing existing ones, and updating account information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in finance or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services

- Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and performance
