Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Westchester County Government. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes involved in the development, control, and management of contracts for services and/or equipment.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in contract management, procurement, and fiscal management. You will be responsible for supervising the development and preparation of bid specifications and/or RFP's, monitoring contract compliance with federal, state, and county regulations, and analyzing terms of current and proposed capital procurement contracts.

Bachelor's Degree and four years' experience in contract management or a related field are required. A Master's Degree may be substituted for one year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the development and preparation of bid specifications and/or RFP's
  • Monitor contract compliance with federal, state, and county regulations
  • Analyze terms of current and proposed capital procurement contracts
