Account Executive Job Description

ExamWorks is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in the Sacramento/San Francisco territory. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging new clients, and managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain key customer relationships and expand the company's customer base
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, promoting services and gathering information
  • Represent the company at industry functions, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Inform clients of updates regarding policy changes, services, and physicians
  • Assist in resolving client concerns related to service and report quality issues
  • Visit physicians as necessary and assist with physician recruiting efforts
  • Evaluate sales results and report to the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Continuously analyze the market and competition, adapting sales strategy as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior sales experience is required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Industry experience in IME, worker's comp, litigation, court reporting, insurance defense, records retrieval, or similar industry is required
  • Must hold a valid state Driver's License
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, with a focus on quality and problem-solving
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
  • Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality and promote a positive team-oriented environment
