Job Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
  • Represent AIYA to clients and the community in a professional and positive manner
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including Business Development and Marketing
  • Manage clerical work, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with various projects, including content creation and digital asset management
  • Perform tasks such as maintaining office equipment, ensuring office cleanliness, and onboarding new team members

Requirements:
  • Prior administrative experience or similar role
  • Associate degree or equivalent required
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of graphic design software, including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Previous experience with content creation is preferred
Job Details:
  • Full-time position
  • $20.00 per hour
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8 hour shift, day shift, with occasional weekends as needed
