Job Overview

Courser is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive growth and innovation in the tech services industry. As the Head of Marketing, you will steer strategic, financial, and operational marketing initiatives, driving our brands forward across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy
    • Create and manage the annual marketing budget and strategic plan to maximize impact and cost-effectiveness.
    • Develop and oversee the integrated marketing campaign calendar across local geographies, using relevant KPIs and metrics to measure and report on results.
  • Lead Marketing Teams
    • Directly manage field marketers and geo leaders to win in each local market.
    • Build and manage a team of high-performing fractional resources for driving top-of-funnel lead generation.
  • Manage Marketing Budget and Resources
    • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve the best results.
    • Manage vendor spiffs and market development funds (MDF) to supplement internal programs and budgets.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities using relevant KPIs and metrics.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, preferences, and satisfaction.
  • Integrate Acquisitions
    • Integrate acquisitions into our marketing portfolio and ensure a smooth transition and synergy.
    • Partner with acquisition teams to understand their value proposition, target audience, and competitive advantage and develop a plan to incorporate them into our brand strategy and communication.
  • Develop Sales Enablement Programs
    • Create and deliver sales enablement programs that equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources they need to sell our services effectively.
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of sales enablement programs on sales performance.
  • Establish Customer Satisfaction Program
    • Develop a customer satisfaction program (i.e., NPS) to measure the health of our clients.
  • Ensure Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a revenue-related marketing or sales role, preferably in the managed service provider industry or a related technology services field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role or a similar position.
  • Skills
    • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
    • Solid knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tools, and techniques.
    • Proficient in using various marketing software and applications, such as CRM, CMS, SEO/SEM, analytics, email marketing, social media management, etc.

    • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
