About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Great Homes of South Carolina. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional real estate services to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Transaction Management: Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, including listing properties, showing homes, and negotiating sales.
  • Market Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, prices, and conditions, providing valuable insights to clients and colleagues.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices and regulations.
Requirements
  • Real Estate License: Possess a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales or customer service.
