Key Responsibilities:- **Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies:** Create and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals, focusing on both domestic and international talent.
- **Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process:** Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- **Candidate Sourcing:** Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, professional networks, career fairs, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of healthcare talent.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers:** Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment workflow.
- **Talent Pipeline Management:** Maintain a pool of qualified candidates by nurturing relationships and staying connected with passive candidates.
- **International Recruitment:** Oversee the recruitment of international healthcare professionals, including the management of visa sponsorship processes and compliance with immigration regulations.
- **Onboarding:** Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for all new hires.
- **Market Analysis:** Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- **Employer Branding:** Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
- **Reporting and Analytics:** Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- **Compliance:** Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in healthcare recruitment or a related field. Experience managing international recruitment processes is highly desirable.
- **Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment strategies and best practices.
