  • **Talent Pipeline Management:** Maintain a pool of qualified candidates by nurturing relationships and staying connected with passive candidates.
  • **International Recruitment:** Oversee the recruitment of international healthcare professionals, including the management of visa sponsorship processes and compliance with immigration regulations.
  • **Onboarding:** Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for all new hires.
  • **Market Analysis:** Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to ensure competitive hiring practices.
  • **Employer Branding:** Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
  • **Reporting and Analytics:** Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • **Compliance:** Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in healthcare recruitment or a related field. Experience managing international recruitment processes is highly desirable.
