Job Title: Customer Support Rep

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Insight Global. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of recent relevant experience in a heavy phone support role or customer service role with a large enterprise company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Technical savvy and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday-Friday schedule. You will be working in an office environment with a team of professionals. Amazon operates 24/7, 365 days a year, so you must be comfortable working on major holidays and overtime as needed.
