Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients in a private practice setting. You will work closely with our support team to ensure seamless client care and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients in a private practice setting
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with our support team to ensure effective client care and communication
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and peer consultation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW or Ph.D.) from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
