Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patient safety and provide milieu interventions.
  • Lead psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and individual as well as family therapy sessions.
  • Complete assigned case management tasks efficiently.
  • Facilitate timely access to care for individuals seeking services.
  • Maintain a minimum number of therapy sessions weekly, including family/support system sessions in accordance with the patients' care level.
  • Respond to all communications within designated timeframes.
  • Support other clinical team members as needed.
  • Coordinate with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist milieu staff in their interactions with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the entire treatment team to uphold the highest standards of clinical quality.

This position is full-time and operates on a Sunday to Thursday schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
