Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patient safety and provide milieu interventions.
  • Lead psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups.
  • Facilitate clinical assessments and conduct individual and family therapy sessions.
  • Perform case management tasks as assigned.
  • Understand the importance of providing timely access to care for individuals seeking services.
  • Complete the required number of therapy sessions weekly, including family/support system sessions aligned with the patients' level of care.
  • Respond to all communications within a specified timeframe.
  • Provide additional clinical support for other team members when necessary.
  • Communicate with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Support milieu staff in their interactions with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the entire treatment team to maintain the highest standards of clinical quality.

Position Details: This is a full-time role with a work schedule from Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
