Role Overview:

As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver thorough diagnostic and therapeutic services to students experiencing communication challenges. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting evaluations to identify speech and language disorders among students.
  • Creating and executing tailored treatment strategies.
  • Providing direct therapeutic interventions to students in both individual and group formats.
  • Collaborating with educators, guardians, and other specialists to enhance students' communication abilities.
  • Tracking and documenting students' developmental progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

  • Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in an educational context.
