We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and loved ones to provide comprehensive treatment services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient progress and goals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their loved ones on mental health topics and coping strategies.
- Participate in weekly treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- State licensure to practice as a therapist in California.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
