  • Manage the flow of customers through the store, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Process and understand managed care plans, obtaining necessary information from insurance companies as required.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, including scheduling appointments and follow-up visits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, filing and retrieving documents as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in regular communication meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with team members.

Requirements

  • Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred but not required.
  • 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
