Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for patients and guests at Vision Care Associates (C). This individual is responsible for managing the front desk area, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining a full appointment schedule.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a patient-focused approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and guests to the practice
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining a full schedule
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Collecting patient fees at time of service
- Maintaining the reception area in a way that reflects the practice's brand
