Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Philips North America. As a Territory Business Manager - Oral Healthcare, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key dental professionals in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants
- Provide product training and demonstrations to dental professionals
- Consult with dental professionals to develop personalized oral care plans
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and processes
- Computer proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and iPad applications
We offer a competitive total target earnings package, including a base salary and target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target earnings potential is $75,000 to $130,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
We also offer a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
