Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role:
American Fidelity Assurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling worksite insurance products and services in a defined sales territory with an existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with businesses and develop specific, needs-based recommendations for employees.
- Highlight the benefits of American Fidelity's insurance portfolio and provide value to customers.
- Focus on growing and maintaining existing Business to Business accounts and develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages.
- New account development opportunities and consult with current customers to meet their financial needs.
What We Offer:
- Company car with gas card and paid travel expenses.
- Base salary + uncapped commission + additional bonus potential.
- First year income potential between $82,000 to $125,000 and consistent six figure income opportunity within 3-5 years.
- Company funds medical benefits at 88% cost share and 401k with company match.
