Job Summary:

The Market Manager, Government is responsible for driving product management, marketing, promotion, and business development activities for Government entities worldwide. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to increase new business opportunities and expand existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase new business opportunities and expand existing markets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development and delivery meet customer needs.
  • Identify and manage government direct distribution channels to improve efficiency and increase sales volume.
  • Provide product training and support to customer service, regional managers, and dealers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on government markets.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The role requires frequent travel to trade shows, customer meetings, and other business-related activities.
