Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore 5590 - Plainville. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the Worcester/Bristol Counties in MA and Providence County in RI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business through prospecting and relationship-building with clients, including property managers, business owners, and other industry professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the insurance and restoration industry.
  • Conduct education and training programs to grow sales with commercial and residential opportunities.
  • Work closely with our sales consultant to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Participate in industry events and associations to generate leads and build relationships.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
