- Ensures the effective recruitment and retention of skilled personnel, fostering a positive workplace culture characterized by high morale and commitment to resident care.
- Supervises the resident admission process, guaranteeing timely and accurate completion of necessary documentation while maintaining meticulous records.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a senior living facility, personal care home, or comparable setting.
- Proficient in marketing and sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
