Position Overview

The Operations Manager at Select Water Solutions will oversee the daily functions of the disposal operations to ensure that growth initiatives are implemented within budget while fulfilling customer expectations and adhering to environmental health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and promote a robust safety culture across the service line.
  • Manage P&L, balance sheets, and annual budgets for the service line in the region.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies (HR/OSHA/SOX/DOT, NDIC, etc.).
  • Collaborate with regional administrative teams to guarantee timely and accurate information flow regarding customer, vendor, and employee transactions.
  • Support regional sales initiatives with relevant information.
  • Work with Disposal Management to ensure facilities meet current and future operational needs.
  • Establish and nurture direct relationships with clients at the regional level.
  • Communicate the company's strategies and objectives to regional personnel to ensure alignment.
  • Provide weekly reports to Disposal Management on ongoing and future operations and financial performance for the service line.
  • Collaborate with Service Line VPs to maximize market penetration and profitability across all service lines in the region.
  • Oversee personnel planning and development for the service line.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge.

  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for both computer and mechanical/electrical issues.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
  • Familiarity with common software applications (including, but not limited to, Excel and Word).

Compensation Information
