Key Responsibilities
  • Grant Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities that align with our mission and programs.
  • Grant Writing and Submission: Develop and submit high-quality grant proposals to secure funding for our programs and services.
  • Donor Outreach and Cultivation: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential donors to secure funding and support for our organization.
  • Grant Management and Reporting: Manage and track grant applications, reports, and other related documents to ensure compliance and timely submission.
  • Supervision and Training: Provide guidance and support to the Grants Coordinator, including training and development to ensure successful grant writing and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as non-profit management, business administration, or communications.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in grant writing, application development, report writing, data collection and analysis, outcome measurements and reporting results.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research abilities, attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Federal, State, and Local Grant Funding: Previous experience with federal, state, and local grant funding is preferred.
