Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ag-Pro. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Service Department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Order Management: Open and maintain work orders as directed by the Service Manager/Shop Foreman, ensuring accurate and on-time completion.
  • Service Library Management: Maintain the service library with current information, including files, bulletins, manuals, and multimedia resources, under the direct supervision of the Service Manager.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service department operations, including customer profiles, work orders, and inventory management.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and replenish inventory of accessories and supplies, preparing replacement orders as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on service technician efficiency, warranty claims, and product improvement claims.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Service Department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting practices, ability to use standard desktop applications, and general understanding of mechanical/technical terms.
