  • Document detailed notes to ensure accurate information is recorded.
  • Identify opportunities to schedule appointments for customers.

  • This is an in-person role.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills: A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers over the phone.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Positive demeanor: A professional attitude and the willingness to exceed customer expectations.
  • Multitasking abilities: Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including phone and email communications.
  • Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills: Friendly, empathetic, and an attentive listener.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable navigating various computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and different CRM platforms.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 per hour with bonus potential
Expected hours: 40 per week.
