- This is an in-person role.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills: A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers over the phone.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Positive demeanor: A professional attitude and the willingness to exceed customer expectations.
- Multitasking abilities: Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including phone and email communications.
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Interpersonal skills: Friendly, empathetic, and an attentive listener.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable navigating various computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and different CRM platforms.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 per hour with bonus potential
