Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our clients throughout the community, engaging with potential customers, and facilitating the donation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer outreach and engagement
- Executing sales presentations to potential donors
- Educating community members and answering any questions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on our clients and charitable organizations
- Tracking all donation data and related information
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers
- High attention to detail when managing accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn new skills quickly
- Outstanding time management and follow-up skills
