Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Northwoods is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles and documentation to support customer support efforts.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in a support center or equivalent technical team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, web, mobile apps, networking, and databases.
