Customer Service Representative

At Big Sandy Superstore, we're looking for a skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify order information and resolve discrepancies
- Process payments, sales orders, and account balances
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, and in-person
- Communicate with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
