Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our post-sales operations team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, identifying and engaging with customers who are not using our product as expected, and managing renewals with existing customers.
You will also be expected to dogfood Pylon for our customer success processes, build upsell processes for new products and seats, and manage migrations from legacy systems onto Pylon. Additionally, you will help develop a scalable customer success process and tinker with new processes, features, and AI.
Requirements- Located in San Francisco or willing to relocate
- Comfortable interacting with customers over chat and video
- Very organized and hard working
- An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
- 0-6 years of experience
