Customer Success Strategist

About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Replai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our offerings. You will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing success and growth. Your focus will be on building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring that each customer realizes the full potential of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through to renewal and growth, ensuring each customer achieves their desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to build and scale Replai's customer success strategy while delivering hands-on support to customers.
• Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and to maximize the value delivered.
