About the Role
Base is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a seasoned Customer Success Manager or Customer Marketer looking to transition into a customer success role, you will have a passion for partnering with customers and acting as a consultant and trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with our customers and serve as their trusted advisor, understanding their unique business needs and goals.
• Provide guidance and strategic insights to customers on how to effectively leverage our platform to achieve their customer marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with customers to develop tailored customer marketing strategies and campaigns, offering best practices and creative solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to review their progress, identify areas of improvement, and ensure they are maximizing the value of our platform.
• Act as a consultant to customers, providing ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting to address any challenges or technical issues they may encounter.
• Gather customer feedback and insights, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address any concerns or risks to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for expansion, cross-selling, and upselling to drive revenue growth.

Requirements
• Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Marketer or similar role, with a deep understanding of customer marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and provide strategic guidance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer marketing technologies and platforms is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office. Experience with CRM software like HubSpot is a bonus.
