As a key point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, you'll align our solutions with their strategic goals to drive value and growth. You'll craft Mutual Action Plans, lead monthly health checks, and quarterly business reviews to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.

Using data-driven insights, you'll drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion, becoming an indispensable resource for our partners. If you're passionate about building deep relationships, solving complex problems, and thriving in ambiguity, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their strategic objectives.
  • Develop Mutual Action Plans based on the customer's business objectives and review progress with stakeholders.
  • Own new customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Leverage available data to drive key actions that deliver value throughout the customer journey.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our customer base, establishing yourself as a high-value resource to your customer stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate confidently and concisely in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Experience in managing complex relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive customer success strategies.
  • Self-motivated, independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
