Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Financial Solutions: Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts who can help with specialized financial needs.
  • Teller Operations: Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up, and performing account maintenance tasks.
  • Account Opening and Maintenance: Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
  • Risk Management: Recognize potential fraud and other risks, and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community events and support bank-sponsored initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial services, or sales role.
  • Education: High School Degree or GED.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills.
