About the Role

Morning Pointe is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, working closely with our care team to deliver personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Care: Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our care team, including Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Resident Assistants, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed, monitor resident responses, and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Documentation: Accurately document resident care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Current LPN License: Possess a current LPN license in the applicable state.
  • CPR Certification: Hold current CPR certification.
