Your impactful role includes:
- Delivering direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician directives.
- Monitoring patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
- Collaborating with Registered Nurses to communicate findings and implement patient care strategies.

Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital environment.
- Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation settings.
