Role Responsibilities

The LPN will collaborate with a team of healthcare providers in a focused, referral-based setting. Key responsibilities include:

1. **Patient Management**: Assessing patients' overall health, taking vital signs, and documenting weight.
2. **Communication**: Ensuring timely receipt and communication of test results to patients.
3. **Documentation**: Accurately recording all patient interactions, including interventions and responses, in the medical records.
4. **Triage**: Evaluating patient phone inquiries to prioritize appointment needs.
5. **Supply Management**: Maintaining adequate medical supplies and ensuring equipment is in optimal condition.
6. **Record Accuracy**: Monitoring the integrity of patient medical records.
7. **Confidentiality**: Upholding strict confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.

Technical Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current LPN certification.

Work Schedule

The position requires availability during the following hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
