Position Overview:

Wells Fargo is committed to fostering a collaborative work environment. We are seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer with a specialization in cloud security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough exploit testing and develop proof-of-concept analyses on relevant cloud threats and adversaries.
  • Stay informed on current trends regarding evolving threats and threat actors to identify potential cyber-attack vectors that could impact the organization's information security posture.
  • Analyze and research malicious code to enhance our understanding of cloud-specific threats.
  • Oversee and guide the maintenance of team cloud infrastructure and environments.
  • Design, document, and implement security solutions across various domains including networking, cloud services, authentication, and endpoint security.
  • Utilize your expertise to identify security solutions and best practices that enhance information security across the organization.
  • Review and correlate security logs to identify vulnerabilities and assess risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure a cohesive approach to information security.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying cloud-native solutions, particularly in Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience in ethical penetration testing, including both exploitation and post-exploitation techniques.
Preferred Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in various information security disciplines, including incident response and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with malware research and analysis.
  • Experience in security technology evaluation and testing.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, and Ruby.
  • Understanding of security controls and risk management strategies.
